How to use: To make the most of your workout planner on iPad, tablet, or your phone, you will need to download a PDF Markup app. Some of the apps I recommend are Good Notes, Notability, PDF Expert (for iOS) and Xodo (Android).
For using the workout planner on your laptop, you will need is a PDF reader that enables you to add text (i.e. Adobe Acrobat).
Or if you'd prefer, just print this out and stick it to your fridge!
